Wonderful News! Teddy Has Been Adopted!

I just received this e-mail from the organization, Displaced Pets Rescue:

I am delighted to report that Teddy has found a wonderful home.  He went home with them today and they will be getting ready to begin a great life of adventure.  They leave next month for two months in the South.  They are an active couple who enjoy long walks on the beach and found the perfect partner for their retirement.  Teddy made an instant connection with them and I was able to do our home visit with them last night.  We are very excited to watch this family flourish.

If you are in need of another sponsor puppy I will be posting pictures later today or tomorrow of Mimi, a little black and tan Pomeranian.  She is a very sweet girl who has not been cared for very well.  She came to us with severely infected eyes.  We have been treating her now for two weeks and believe now that we have been able to save her eyes.  There has been significant improvement, but we are unsure whether her tear ducts are permanently  damaged or how much vision she is going to retain.  In the meantime our Vet bills are piling up.  We already have paid more for vet care than our placement fee maximum of $350.  

As soon as I obtain photos of Mimi, I will be posting them and we'll start raising funds for her vet bills and adoption fee.  Thanks again to all "MyPalPeppy" friends and supporters!

    I love it when sweet people come along and give a animal who needs them a home.
